User Agreement and Privacy Policy
User Agreement
Please read and understand the User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”) carefully before using this product, which stipulates all rights and restrictions.
We always respect and will strictly protect the lawful rights and interests of users (including user privacy, user data, etc.) when using this product from any infringement.
This Agreement (including the Privacy Policy in the last part hereof) is the final, complete, and exclusive agreement between you (including natural persons, legal persons, or other organizations that obtain this product through various legal means, hereinafter referred to as “User” or “You”) and us regarding matters related to this product, and it replaces and merges previous discussions and agreements between the parties regarding the aforementioned matters.
This Agreement shall have legal binding force on your use of this product, and you have promised and guaranteed to have the right and ability to enter into this Agreement. Your commencement of using this product shall be deemed as acceptance of this Agreement. Please read and understand various clauses in this Agreement carefully, including exemption and limitation of our exemption clauses and restrictions on users’ rights (minors should be accompanied by their legal guardians when reviewing). If you cannot accept all clauses in this Agreement, please do not start using this product.
Account
You need to register an account to use certain features of this product. You agree to provide complete and accurate information during registration and to update such information in a timely manner. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Terminal User Agreement
If you install or use this product on any terminal device (including but not limited to smartphones, tablets, computers), you must comply with the following terms:
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
- Do not use automated systems to access the service excessively.
- Do not circumvent any technical protection measures of this product.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in this product, including but not limited to copyrights, patents, and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors. Your use of this product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to this product immediately if you breach any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the product and delete all copies.
Privacy Policy
Please read and understand the Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) carefully before using our product (hereinafter referred to as “this Product”).
We always respect and will strictly protect the lawful rights and interests of users (including user privacy, user data, etc.) when using this product. Although this Policy applies to all our services, we have also formulated certain supplementary privacy provisions for specific services, which contain additional information about our information processing practices. 端末利用規約
本製品をスマートフォン、タブレット、PC等の端末にインストールまたは利用する際は、以下の条件に従う必要があります：
- ソフトウェアの逆工程、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブルを禁止する
- 自動システムによる過剰なサービスアクセスを禁止する
- 本製品の技術的保護措置を回避する行為を禁止する
知的財産権
本製品の著作権、特許権、商標権等のすべての知的財産権は、当社またはライセンサーに帰属します。本製品の利用は、いかなる知的財産権の移転も伴いません。
解除
本規約に違反した場合、当社は直ちに本製品へのアクセスを停止または終了する権利を留保します。終了後は、本製品のすべての利用を中止し、複製を削除する必要があります。
